This kind of employee is the best type and profitable for the organization. He seems to improve and learn more about everything related to his tasks. The deadline of task submission can be fulfilled well and perfectly. He does the tasks fast and never put until tomorrow what he can do today. He does the tasks well not only because he is competent in that field but also his eagerness to learn. He sincerely works without any 'intimidation' from either his circumstances or himself. He's really a good 'guy' for organization as it will need him for accidental cases, because he is usually strong in character, discipline and diligent. The most important indicator is that he has never pursue for position in his organization, as the reason of knowing job-description well.
2. Employee that does something because he wants to please his boss
It is the type that has an extreme differences than the first type. This 'guy' doesn't have a good attitude in working. Although sometimes he seems to work hard, it's not because he knows well about his tasks, but rather to please his boss. when the boss is not there, he will decrease his powerful activities as before (when the boss is coming). It can be detected that he always treats his boss very well, even exaggerates. Be careful, sometimes, he has hidden motivation as pursuing for a position, that may be given by his pleased boss. And, usually, this guy is not qualified enough, but having a desire to get something without doing anything. Worse, for gaining his dream, he will kick you out if he thinks you are his rival. Shortly, nothing is wrong to do for his dream coming true.
